Refund policy

 

We have a simple refund & returns policy:

  1. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item within 14 days from ordering, and get a full refund or exchange the product for another similar product.
  2. If your package goes missing in the post and has not been delivered after 30 days from the date of ordering. We are more than happy to process a full refund for the order. 

How do I return an item?

Firstly, make sure your order is eligible to be returned by asking yourself these three questions:

  1. Did you buy it from Tomahawk Discs?
  2. Is your purchase unused?
  3. Is it in the same condition that you received it, with tags un-removed and the product in its original packaging?

If you answer yes to all three, then follow the below steps to get your purchase refunded.

Please get in touch at support@tomahawkdiscs.co.uk and a return address will be sent to you. Once we’ve received, inspected and approved your return, we will issue you your refund or replacement. Shipping isn’t part of this refund as shipping would have already taken place. 

Your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method, it can take up to 5 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.

You may be required to pay for your return postage, please do consider tracked postage as we cannot guarantee we will receive packages that are not tracked which can lead to yourself not getting refunded for the goods you want to return.
