The Rask from Kastaplast is an incredibly unique distance driver. Its a concept disc based on Kastaplast’s invention for drag reduction. The Kastaplast Rask is a “faster disc.” This very overstable driver has a unique inner ridge on the bottom flight plate that is designed to reduce drag. This bump is located a fingers width away from the inner rim. Kastaplast gives the Rask a speed rating of 14. This is a disc that power throwers can put everything into without it turning over. This particular Rask is a Patent Pending edition so it is quite a rare collector’s item!

The K1 Line is Kastaplast’s premium, super durable material with a nice combination of firmness and gumminess. Discs in K1 Line will appear in both solid and translucent colours.

Kastaplast is an independent disc manufacturer based in Stockholm, with the aim to create discs and gear of highest quality. Kastaplast is dedicated to the disc golf culture, the people, the lifestyle and all the fun times all around the disc golf world. They look at disc golf as a grassroot movement with its own unique identity; characterized by spontaneity, individuality and freedom. Starting off in 2011 as a small prototyping workshop, driven by the fun factor of experimenting, the business soon grew out of the basement of Jonas Lindberg as he was joined by Anders Källström and Per Jonson. Still, the “workshop style” of developing discs has stayed, with a mix of computer flight simulation, research and extensive prototyping. Kastaplast is determined to keep the ecological footprint as low as possible. One step in this direction is the use of solar energy that today powers a major part of their production.
